1 – Package your watch by itself with an ample surrounding of soft packing material (preferably foam beads) (double box for extremely delicate items).
Please send a maximum of THREE watches in your box.

2 – INCLUDE:

       -Return mail address (print clearly)
       -Written description of failure & desires
       -DO NOT INCLUDE ANY DISPLAY BOXES or CASES

SHIPPING NOTE:  Our research and experience has confirmed that for expensive, delicate, rare, irreplaceable family heirloom watches the most secure/safe method is to use INSURED REGISTERED US MAIL.
NOTE: Seams must be sealed using paper tape only. It takes a couple days longer, it must be specially taped with plain brown paper tape over all seems (for security stamping by postal authorities), and costs a few extra dollars. HOWEVER, this is the most secure method to ship. It is handled with care at all times, signed for at every step of its shipment, and kept locked in security cages when not in transit (often carried in the cab with the driver rather than thrown in the back with other freight).

BILLING AND/OR PAYMENT:
TO PAY YOUR BILL scroll down to the bottom for ONLINE PAYMENT. 

You will be emailed a bill for any service you approve, and $20 for return shipping via Registered US Mail. Your watch will be shipped promptly upon receipt of your payment. NOTE: Our turn-around time varies greatly based on our current work-load, waiting for parts, etc. Currently a large backlog, expect 1-3 months (excluding shipping time).

IMPORTANT: By shipping your watch to us you are entering into an agreement to pay your bill, and abide by all shipping, billing, return, and warranty terms contained on this web site.

WATCH CASE RESTORATIONS:
The O'Mara Watch Company also offers full wrist and pocketwatch case restoration services. Dings and scratches can frequently be carefully removed with proper techniques and tools, returning your watch to it's original luster.


DIAL RESTORATIONS:
Make your old watch dial look like new! If your wristwatch dial appears aged or shows sign of water damage or peeling, these painted dials can be resurfaced and repainted at affordable rates. We can even add your name or business logo. New crystal and band fitting will provide that final touch as an optional service we provide.


PROFESSIONAL APPRAISAL OF YOUR WATCH:
Have you documented your watches value with your insurance company? Our professional appraisal service will provide you with a written summary of your watches value, age, and condition to properly support insurance coverage protection or for resale valuation. Appraisal service starts at $45 per watch.


RETURN POLICY :
A one year warranty applies to watch movements receiving a full service over-haul & cleaning. A sixty-day warranty applies to repairs performed. If a problem develops during this period OWC will (upon your return of the watch to our shop) promptly inspect and give you an email report of our findings at no charge. Should the problem be related to the specific service performed OWC will, at our discretion, resolve the issue at no charge. This warranty is limited and does not cover shipping, wristbands, crystals, batteries, cases, abuse or misuse, or component failure unrelated to the service that was performed. OWC does not warranty any watch to be water resistant nor waterproof. (Example: If we repair your winding stem, and you later begin to have problems and return the watch and we find a damaged hair spring, the problem is unrelated to our service and NOT covered under warranty.) IN ALL CASES, YOU MUST RETURN THE WATCH FOR INSPECTION ACCORDING TO OUR SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS AND REFERENCE THE ORIGINAL JOB NUMBER.
